Meals on Wheels Association of Niagara (MOWAN) has announced that they will be introducing one centralized telephone number for friends, families, seniors and adults with disabilities. The telephone number will become effective as of October 4, 2015.

Those who seek services can call 1-877-665-6325 to begin receiving their nutritionally balanced, dietitian approved meals in the convenience of their own home. Meals on Wheels Association of Niagara (MOWAN) includes: Meals on Wheels Fort Erie, Meals on Wheels Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake, Meals on Wheels Port Colborne/Wainfleet, Meals on Wheels Welland/Pelham, and Meals on Wheels West Lincoln.

“Meals on Wheels Association of Niagara (MOWAN) recognizes that navigating the system may prove difficult for some seniors and their family members. By introducing the new number, we are expecting to relieve some of the stress and confusion associated with searching for the services provided”, said Ed Toye, Chairperson of the Association.

Meals on Wheels Association Niagara (MOWAN) is a network of not for profit, volunteer driven Meals on Wheels agencies, committed to fostering independence and quality of life by providing affordable nutrition services.
