In every part of Niagara, Meals on Wheels is an available service — a name which you’ve heard, but may not fully understand.

Meals on Wheels is a non-profit, volunteer service providing home delivery of hot and/or frozen well-balanced meals to senior citizens or any adult who is at nutritional risk. The service has been available throughout Niagara since the early 1960s.

Each area of the region has a Meals on Wheels agency with knowledgeable staff who co-ordinate service for the citizens of their city or town with delivery by local volunteers.
